Vítězslav Hynek
Owner & technical recruiter
A sort of accidental entry in the HR world in the year 2013 meant for me the start of one incredible ride (someone call in “career”). From the internship in the internal HR become a temporary work , from that full time employment in the recruitment agency, on-site recruitment projects for huge companies and these experiences molded me to co-create the “Konektor” platform.
Most importantly, from just “work” emerged passion.
It might sound cliché, but those years gave me a solid idea of how the external recruitment should look like. Building the partnership on honesty, trust in the 360° feedback and long term relations, those were the ideas that created Konektor and we are here to represent them.

Recruitment got me in 2014, I started at the researcher position and then the consultancy position. During my career I focused on the non technical areas in recruitment (Admin, sales marketing, HR), but over the years I started to expand into more areas (Engineering, IT, Pharma).
Strong work ethic commands me to follow honest and open communication in a relaxed and non-formal atmosphere, this characterizes not only me, but the whole Konektor´s basic essence.
